Mr. Arun Malik is an action focused individual having ability to make change happen effectively at operational as well as strategic level. His Areas of Expertise includes Business Excellence through international benchmarking, Six Sigma, Process Management and SQC/SPC tools, Change Management using Innovation Practices and Seven Habits, Training & Development, ISO 9000, TL9000, ISO 27001 certification.
He has won the DL Shah award for achieving and sustaining economies through Business Excellence initiative in the country for the year 06-07. The award is coordinated by ‘The Quality Council of India’ and given by His Excellency, The President Of India, Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam in 2007 . He has also been awarded the President Quality award in 2004 – 07, Chairman Business excellence award between 2004 – 08 for best Airtel Enterprise unit continually for 5 years, CII Best Project award in 2005 – 07, Symbiosis Best service project award in 2006 – 07.
Mr. Malik has conducted many Management Development Programs on behalf of various Indian, Multi-national Organsiations / Institutions / Professional bodies across the world.
He has also been the Program Director for Six Sigma Cascade Program conducted on behalf of NCQM, Program Director for Six Sigma program conducted on behalf of Delhi Management Association, Program Director for 5S program conducted on behalf of Japan Management Association, Secretary- Program Committee, National convention on Quality control circles.
Mr. Malik is a BE in Electronics, PGDBA & Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Motorola University & Certified Master Black Belt from Airtel, Certified ISO 9000 Lead Assessor, Certified CII Exim Award Assessor, Seven Habits Facilitator and has learnt TQM in Japan & Singapore.
He has also worked across Corporates like Bharti Airtel, Idea Cellular, Ranbaxy and Modi Tyres in Senior Quality & Business Excellence roles.
