Since April 2015, Hemkiran has been involved in creating and implementing technical assessments for targeted Selection across various roles for a construction Company in the Middle East, supporting a large multinational search firm to set up its business and HR operations to service its Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) in the BFSI sector. Collaborating with business leaders to develop and execute an integrated approach to people development, learning and talent management for clients in Pharma, EPC and logistics sector in India/ Middle East.
