The intervention covered Bharti’s mobile, fixed line and broad band divisions at a national level and involved getting position descriptions written, facilitating and moderating evaluation committees across the group for evaluating jobs, providing inputs on organization analysis and impact of grade realignment.
Cross functional and cross level job evaluation committees were trained and used for evaluating jobs. The outcome and changes in grade, compensation and organization structure were discussed, modified and deployed.
