Mr. Talwar consults with Business & HR Leaders, to design & deploy successful capability building initiatives & facilitation on strategy formulation & deployment. He is also a Mentor & coach to working professionals and has successfully deployed 3 Green Field Projects.
He is also the Facilitator for Global Leadership program (CORE) for Asia, Scandinavian & European countries for Telenor Group and has initiated & managed Strategic tie-ups with India’s premier institutes-IIMA, IIMB & ISB and training partners for organization development & capability building and worked closely with international Faculty to design & develop learning initiatives.
